Tomato dosa



Ingredients:


Rice - 1 Cup

Avvalakki - 1/4 cup
Tomatoes - 5
Ginger - 1 inch
Jeera - 1 tsp
Salt - As required 
Chillies - 3/ 4


Method:


1) Soak the rice and avvalakki  for 4-5hours

2) Grind the rice, avvalakki, tomatoes, finger, chillies salt into fine paste. Add water accordingly as tomatoes would have enough water content in it.
3) Once we have the dosa batter ready, add the jeera
4) Make tasty dosas and enjoy.
