Baked potatoes
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 2
Olive oil - 1 tsp
Jalapeno - 3 tbsp (small pieces)
Sour cream
Butter - 1/2 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese
Salt - 1/2 pinch
Method:
1) Wash potatoes well and then marinate them using olive oil. Meanwhile preheat oven for 5 mins at 425 F.
2) Place them on baking tray with or without parchment paper and bake for 40 mins.
3) Once done, remove then and cut the potatoes into half or squeeze them slowly to open the potatoes.
4) Add butter, sour cream, jalapeno, salt.
5) Grate mozzarella cheese on top of it before you serve.
Note: 1) You can also wrap potatoes using aluminium foil before baking.
