Drumstick leaves Palya


Ingredients:

Drumstick Leaves - 2 cups (Finely chopped)
Cooked dal - 1/2 cup
Salt - As Required
Red Chilly - 1
Oil / Ghee - 1 tbsp
Garlic pods - 2
Sambhar powder - 1/4 tbsp (Optional)

Method:

1) In a pan add oil, add crushed garlic and Red chilly and fry until its completely done.
2) Now, add Chopped Dill leaves and fry until its done. Add salt  and mix well.

Note:

1) Red chilly can be replaced with Green chilly too.
2) Garlic can be avoided too.
