Hunase chigali


Ingredients: 

Tamarind - 1 cup
Jaggery - 1/4 cup
Garlic - 2 pods
Red chilly powder - 2tsp
Jeera powder = 1tsp
Salt - to taste

Method:

1) In a traditional stone mortar grind all the ingredients together to form a single mass
2) Divide into small balls and press on a lollipop stick or the back of a steel spoon.
3) lick and enjoy to your content. :-)
