Till laddu
Ingredients:
Till / Nuvvulu / Sesame seeds - 1 cup
Jaggery - 3/4 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Milk - 3/4 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Method:
1) Dry roast Sesame seeds until golden brown.
2) Add this roasted seeds with jaggery to mixer and make coarse powder.
3) Immediately remove it in a bowl and add the milk and cardamom powder and a pinch of salt and make balls.

Perugu buggalu
Ingredients:
Gram flour - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/4 cup
Green chillies - 4 chopped
Onion - 1/4 cup chopped
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Cumin - 1/4 tsp
Curd - 1/2 cup
Oil - for frying
Method:
1) Mix all the ingredients using water as required.
2) Fry them in oil and enjoy yummy perugu buggalu.
Spinach pakora
Ingredients:
Spinach - 1 cup
All purpose flour / Maida - 1 cup
Salt - as required
Green chillies - 3 chopped
hing - 1/4 tsp
Jeera / cumin - 1/2 tsp
Oil - for frying
Method:
1) Wash spinach leaves and wipe them using kitchen towel.
2) Mix all the ingredients using water.
3) Fry them in oil until chrisp.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
Dry fruits milkshake
Ingredients:
Almonds - ¼ cup
Pistachios - ¼ cup
Cashews - ¼ cup
Raisins - ¼ cup
Dates - 7-8 chopped
Dried figs - 2-3 chopped
Saffron (kesar) - a pinch
Milk - 2.5 cup (soy milk can also be used )
Sugar / Honey - as required
Few dry fruits sliced or chopped - for garnishing
Method:
1) Blend all the dry fruits with 1/2 cup of milk.
2) Then add sugar / hoeny and remaining milk and blend well.
3) Garnish with dry fruits slices and serve immediately.
Quick jamoon powder snack
Ingredients:
Gulab jamoon powder - 1 cup
Green chillies - 2/3
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Jeera / Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Oil - for frying
Salt - as required
Method:
1) Mix all the ingredients using water and make the dough.
2) Meanwhile keep oil for heating.
3) Make small balls or shape of your wish and then fry in oil until golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato sauce or mint chutney.
